SENSORS FACE THE SKIN02 TEMPERATURESENSOR04 CURVED BATTERY05 TITANIUM SHELL03 ACCELEROMETER01 OPTICALSENSORSFIG. 01 · SMART RINGNTS

Sleep & HRV tracking · RingConn

RingConn Gen 3

A smart ring reads your pulse through the finger with light, plus skin temperature and movement, then turns overnight trends into sleep and recovery scores.

Callout

Optical sensors

LEDs shine into the finger; a photodiode reads tiny changes in reflected light with each pulse. That gives heart rate, HRV and blood-oxygen estimates.

The science: Ring trackers agree well with lab sleep tests on total sleep time but are weaker on individual sleep stages (de Zambotti et al., 2017). Use for trends, not diagnosis.

TISSUE LAYERS (SCHEMATIC)01 RED LEDS02 NEAR-INFRAREDLEDS03 TREATMENTDISTANCE05 CONTROLS &TIMER04 PENETRATIONDEPTHFIG. 02 · RED LIGHT PANELNTS

Red & near-infrared light · BON CHARGE

Demi Red Light Therapy Device

LED panels emit specific red (around 630–660 nm) and near-infrared (around 810–850 nm) wavelengths. You sit a set distance away for a few minutes a session.

Callout

Red LEDs

Red wavelengths (around 630–660 nm) are mostly absorbed near the surface of the skin. Most skin studies use red light.

The science: Photobiomodulation is an active research area; small trials for skin and muscle look promising but devices and doses vary (see our research page). Follow the maker’s eye-safety advice.

ZIP-UP WRAP, HEAD OUT01 CARBON HEATINGLAYER03 CONTROLLER02 FULL-LENGTHZIP04 INSULATEDOUTERFIG. 03 · SAUNA BLANKETNTS

Infrared heat at home · BON CHARGE

Infrared Sauna Blanket

Carbon-fibre heating layers inside an insulated wrap warm you with infrared heat while you lie down, like a sauna you can fold away.

Callout

Carbon heating layer

Thin carbon-fibre elements warm up evenly and emit far-infrared heat, which warms your skin directly rather than heating the air.

The science: Finnish observational studies link frequent sauna bathing with heart health (Laukkanen et al., 2015). Association, not proof, and they studied traditional saunas.

TUB + CHILLER LOOP03 WATER LINE04 INSULATED TUB01 CHILLER UNIT02 FILTRATIONLOOPFIG. 04 · COLD PLUNGENTS

Contrast therapy · Plunge

Plunge All-In + Infrared Sauna Bundle

A chiller pumps water through a cooling and filtration loop and back into an insulated tub, so cold water is ready whenever you are. This bundle also adds an infrared sauna (not drawn).

Callout

Chiller unit

A compressor cools the water, much like a fridge, and can hold a set temperature. Many people use 10–15°C; colder is not required.

The science: A 2024 systematic review found cold-water immersion linked with short-term reductions in stress and improved sleep reports, with effects fading over time (Cain et al., 2025). Check with your doctor if you have a heart condition.

CREATINEN·C·N (SCHEMATIC)04 SEALED LID03 PUREMONOHYDRATE01 CREATINEMOLECULE02 DAILY SCOOPFIG. 05 · CREATINE TUBNTS

Most-studied supplement · Momentous

Creatine - 60 Servings

Creatine monohydrate tops up phosphocreatine stores in muscle, which helps recycle energy (ATP) during short, hard efforts like sprints and lifts.

Callout

Creatine molecule

A small compound your body makes from amino acids and gets from meat and fish. Supplements raise muscle stores further.

The science: The International Society of Sports Nutrition calls creatine monohydrate one of the most effective and well-studied sports supplements (Kreider et al., 2017). Ask your GP first, especially with kidney issues.

400 NM700 NMBLOCKED01 AMBER LENS02 BLUE BAND(400–500 NM)04 WHEN TO WEAR03 FRAME & FITFIG. 06 · AMBER LENSESNTS

Evening light control · BON CHARGE

Brooklyn Blue Light Blocking Glasses

Amber lenses filter out much of the blue part of the light spectrum, which is the part that most strongly signals ‘daytime’ to your brain in the evening.

Callout

Amber lens

The tinted lens absorbs a large share of blue light while letting warmer light through, so you can still see clearly.

The science: In a small randomised trial, amber lenses worn for three hours before bed improved self-reported sleep quality (Burkhart & Phelps, 2009). Dimming lights works too.
